New Roof Installation

We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.

Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone South Lyme areas.
Commercial Roofing
Roof coatings can extend the life of your commercial roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost. We apply silicone and acrylic coatings over existing TPO, EPDM, and metal substrates. Not every roof qualifies. We'll be straight with you.

We use Flir E8 cameras to map wet areas, then core sample only the suspect zones to confirm. Saves time, reduces disruption, and gives you a precise repair scope instead of a guess.
